Studio Policies updated 4/25/2020
Due to the recent virus outbreak, the studio will be implementing new measures to ensure the maximum care for all parties attending photo sessions. Please take a moment to read the guidelines below to learn more.
In order to maintain the utmost safety, I ask that you consider these following steps to ensure my well being as well as your own.
I will be scheduling sessions in the best way to allow for cleaning between sessions. Timeline will be dependent on state regulations. All policies and scheduling is subject to change.
Please submit the below acceptance of our Policy 3 days prior to your scheduled session
I certify that I have read the above studio policies. I take full responsibility in moving forward with my appointment and aware of the risks involved. I waive my rights to seek damages, compensations and or any involvement on NicPix Photography studio. If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, Photographer shall return the retainer to the client and shall have no further liability. Further, if the Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer, a replacement appointment session will take place.
